By adding firearm products to your cart, completing checkout, or initiating a firearm purchase through our business, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the requirements described below.
Dash Six Munitions LLC operates primarily as an ammunition manufacturer. Firearms may be offered for sale as part of a broader product selection; however, all firearm transactions must follow applicable federal and state regulations. Availability of firearm products may vary based on inventory, supplier timelines, and compliance verification procedures.
Customers must be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under all applicable laws. By completing a firearm purchase, you confirm that you meet age requirements, are not prohibited from firearm ownership, and are willing to complete all required transfer procedures. Dash Six Munitions LLC reserves the right to request verification or cancel transactions that raise compliance concerns.
All firearms purchased through our business must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to residential or unlicensed addresses. Customers are responsible for selecting a cooperating FFL dealer during checkout and confirming that the dealer will accept the transfer.
Upon firearm arrival, customers must complete background checks, provide valid identification, and fulfill all documentation requirements before taking possession. Transfer fees or administrative costs charged by the receiving dealer are the responsibility of the customer.
Firearm regulations vary by jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for confirming that any firearm purchased is lawful in their state, county, or municipality. Dash Six Munitions LLC may cancel or modify orders that cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions or compliance concerns.
If a firearm shipment is returned due to transfer denial, refusal by the selected dealer, or failure to complete required procedures, additional fees may apply in accordance with company policies.
All firearm listings are subject to availability and may change without notice. Pricing errors, description inaccuracies, or supplier issues may require order adjustment or cancellation. Dash Six Munitions LLC reserves the right to review all firearm orders prior to shipment.
Once a firearm has been lawfully transferred, the customer assumes full responsibility for safe storage, lawful possession, and proper handling. Dash Six Munitions LLC is not liable for misuse, negligence, or unlawful activity involving transferred firearms.
Customers must confirm acceptance of all store policies, including Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, during checkout. Selecting the required acknowledgment or agreement option constitutes electronic consent and has the same effect as a written signature where permitted by law.
Firearm transactions may be subject to internal compliance review before shipment. Dash Six Munitions LLC reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet legal standards, payment verification requirements, or operational policies.
